Stretching routine recommended for  triathlon,  lumbar.

In a squatting position, with the upper part of the trunk in contact with the thighs and the hands on both sides of the feet with the palms completely supported on the floor. From that position, extend the legs until you notice the tension in the flexor muscles of the legs.

Stretch recommended for: triathlon, lumbar.
