Tips for lifting correctly
Learning to lift correctly is important to help prevent episodes of back, leg and arm pain.
Some tips to remember:

Plan before lifting. Think!.

Keep the feet about shoulder width apart.

Bend your knees and keep your back straight. Never bend your back when lifting.

Don't twist your back.

Try and split loads between both hands.
